Spanish teaching materials created from real classroom experience to enrich your Spanish lessons
Like many Spanish teachers, we use coursebooks in our lessons. They provide an excellent foundation, but our students often want to keep exploring: discussing current topics, understanding authentic expressions, preparing more effectively for the DELE exam, or discovering cultural aspects that are not always covered in textbooks.
That's how Lección-E was born. We began creating materials for our own lessons and have continued refining them in our classrooms. They don't replace your coursebook—they complement it with the Spanish that is used beyond its pages. These resources focus on current topics from across the Spanish-speaking world and combine grammar, vocabulary, and pragmatics in context to develop all four language skills, turning every lesson into a more dynamic learning experience.
They don't replace your coursebook. They enrich it.

What our students are looking for... and probably yours too.
By listening to them, we discovered what they really wanted to learn.
What our students kept asking for
✔ To talk about current topics.
✔ To learn the Spanish people really use outside the classroom.
✔ To discover idiomatic expressions and fascinating facts about the language.
✔ To expand their vocabulary on topics that interested them.
✔ To prepare more effectively for the DELE exam.
✔ To gain a deeper understanding of the Spanish-speaking world and its culture.
✔ Better understand how native speakers really speak.
✔ Practise Spanish through real-life situations.

Our response
We started creating high-quality teaching resources based on our own classroom experience, focusing on the topics our students asked for most, the themes likely to appear in the DELE exam, and the needs of our own lessons.
We tested them with our students, refined them, and expanded them until we built a library of resources that we now share with other Spanish teachers.
They are ready-to-use materials that complement any coursebook and help students learn Spanish through meaningful, real-life contexts.
We continue to create and test every new resource in our own classrooms before making it available, because we listen to the feedback and suggestions of both students and fellow teachers.
What do these materials bring to your lessons?
Ready-to-use Spanish teaching materials for face-to-face, hybrid, or online classes, ideal for complementing any coursebook or planning complete lessons without starting from scratch.
They prioritise communicative competence, focusing on the authentic and conscious use of Spanish while integrating vocabulary and grammar in context within a single teaching resource.
They encourage active participation and interaction in the classroom. Each lesson sequence is designed from beginning to end to develop all four language skills within the same learning context.
Materials tested in real classrooms with real students, proven to work and built on the experience of both teachers and learners.
Before it reaches your classroom, it comes through ours
How every resource comes to life

We listen to the needs of students and teachers

We create each teaching resource

It reaches your classroom

This experience has inspired the resources we now share with other Spanish teachers who want to complement their teaching with complete lesson sequences and materials based on current topics. These resources help students develop the vocabulary they need to understand and use authentic Spanish beyond the coursebook and the classroom.
We know they work because our own students ask for this type of activity more and more every day.
