Service Description
📌 Personalised Spanish Level Assessment and Language Guidance Session 💡 This session is designed for students who want to find out their Spanish level more accurately and receive professional guidance on how to continue progressing in their learning. During the session, we will assess your level, whether or not you have previously taken our free level test. We will also evaluate other skills that a written test cannot fully measure, such as listening comprehension, speaking, fluency, and your ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations. 🎯 We will also discuss your goals, needs, and interests to understand what you really need from Spanish and provide you with personalised guidance. What will you get from this session? ✅ We will analyse your starting point and the results of your test, if you have taken it. ✅ We will assess your listening comprehension and speaking skills. ✅ We will identify your strengths and the areas you need to work on. ✅ We will determine your approximate level according to the CEFR criteria (A1–C2). ✅ We will identify the areas that can help you improve your accuracy, fluency, and confidence when communicating. ✅ We will design a personalised roadmap for the next stage of your learning. 👀 This session is for assessment and guidance purposes. It is not a Spanish lesson or specific preparation for official exams. 📚 If you have previously taken any of our free level tests, we will use your results as a starting point for a more comprehensive assessment. 🕒 Duration: 1 hour. 💻 The session will take place online via Zoom. 📅 Once you have completed your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the session at the selected date and time. Cancellation Policy
Individual classes ▪️ Any delay will be deducted from the total session time. If the student arrives 10 minutes late, they will only have 50 minutes of class. If the student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the class will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. ▪️ The student may request to reschedule a class provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice and there are available time slots offered by the teacher. If no time slots are available, the class will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded. ▪️ If the student gives less than 24 hours’ notice, the class will not be rescheduled and no refund will be issued. Group classes ▪️ Group conversation classes are held exclusively in a two-student format with one teacher. For the class to take place, it is essential that two enrolled students are reached. ▪️ If one of the enrolled students cannot attend the class, the session will not be converted into an individual class, and no refund will be issued. The payment made is valid only for the group class format. ▪️ Students may request the rescheduling of a group class provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice before the session starts and there are available time slots offered by the teacher. If no time slots are available, the class will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded. ▪️ Rescheduling requests will not be accepted if the notice is given less than 24 hours before the start of the class. ▪️ The amount paid for group classes cannot be used for individual classes, nor can the amount paid for individual classes be used for group classes. Each format has independent conditions, prices, and operating rules.
